Elder Avenue is a mature, tree-lined street in south Etobicoke. The project adds gentle density, ten units where two stood, while keeping setbacks, heights and materials in step with its neighbours.
THE SITE
A two-lot assembly on Elder Avenue in south Etobicoke, close to Long Branch GO and the lakefront trail network.
THE DESIGN
Ten units arranged to preserve the street’s rhythm, with generous glazing and private outdoor space for every unit.
